Cancellation Policy

Booking Requirements Advance Booking: Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance for half-day and full-day tours, and at least 7 days in advance for multi-day tours. Minimum Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation, with the balance due at least 24 hours before the tour for single-day tours and 72 hours before for multi-day tours. Cancellation Policy Single-Day Tours: Full refund (minus deposit) for cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure. No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure. Multi-Day Tours: 50% refund (minus deposit) for cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure. No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of departure. Rescheduling Policy Single-Day Tours: One-time free rescheduling allowed up to 24 hours before the tour. Multi-Day Tours: One-time free rescheduling up to 72 hours before the tour. Additional Rescheduling Fees: Any additional rescheduling will incur a 10% fee of the tour price. Group Discounts and Customization Group Discounts: Discount rates available for groups of 10 or more, with custom options upon request. Customized Itineraries: Tailored itineraries are available for groups on request, with an added fee based on itinerary changes. Liability Waivers Customers must agree to and sign a waiver acknowledging the nature of the activities, any potential risks, and a release of liability for the tour operator. On-the-Day Guidelines Pickup: Arrive at the designated pickup point (14017 Victoria Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T5Y 2B6) at least 15 minutes before departure. Identification: All customers must show ID matching the booking to join the tour. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours, offering either a full refund or rescheduled date.
